It is made of strong and durable 14-gauge galvanized steel with a black powder coat finish that prevents rust & oxidation to withstand harsh weather conditions. It features a door seal and insulation to maintain the building's energy efficiency by keeping conditioned air in and rain, snow, & hot or cold air out. A heavy-duty automatic lock arm secures the hatch for security and protection against unauthorized entry. Striped yellow, high-visibility tape around the opening helps to prevent workers from accidentally falling through the open hatch. Designed & intended for use on flat roofs.
